You tell us the trip
Dates, how many of you, where you want to go and roughly what you want to spend. Use the form, a WhatsApp message or a call. Rough answers are fine.

How we work
You pay nothing until the plan is right. Here is exactly what happens between your first message and your last drop at NJP.
Dates, how many of you, where you want to go and roughly what you want to spend. Use the form, a WhatsApp message or a call. Rough answers are fine.
Your planner sends a day-by-day route with drive times and a price in each tier: Budget, Value and Comfort. It is a draft to react to, not a sales pitch.
Swap a hotel for a homestay, drop a long drive, add a spare day for the passes. When it is right we send a written quote with every room, car, permit and fee on its own line.
A [25]% deposit confirms the booking; the balance is due [30] days before you travel. We confirm every room, vehicle and permit in writing. See payments and refunds and cancellations.
Your driver meets you at NJP, Bagdogra or the Siliguri stand. Your planner stays on WhatsApp while you travel and reroutes you if a landslide or snow closes a road.
What every trip includes
Budget, Value or Comfort, or a mix: homestays in the villages and one good hotel where it matters.
Shared jeeps where they make sense, a registered tourist vehicle where permits require one.
Tsomgo, Nathu La, North Sikkim, Dzongu and Bhutan permits applied for with the documents you send.
Roads close for landslides and snow. We plan for it rather than hope it will not happen.
The person who planned it is the person you message on the road.
Every line priced, taxes shown, nothing hidden in a total.
Questions travellers ask
We plan affordable trips in the Eastern Himalaya only: Sikkim (East, North, West and South), the Darjeeling hills, Kalimpong, the Dooars forests and Bhutan. Every package has three price tiers, Budget, Value and Comfort, and we show what each one buys before you pay anything.
No. They are indicative 'from' prices in INR per person, twin sharing, for the tier shown. The final price depends on your dates, group size, vehicle and rooms. We send a written quote with every line itemised, including permits and fees, before you pay.
We use the same shared jeeps, homestays and registered local vehicles that hill people use where that makes sense, and we pay for a private car only on the days it matters. We also leave out add-ons you did not ask for. Where a permit area needs a registered vehicle, we say so and price it in.
Yes, and most travellers do. The packages are starting points. We change hotels, add nights, swap places and mix tiers, for example homestays in villages and one good hotel in Gangtok, then send a new day-by-day plan and price.
Yes. These protected areas can only be visited through Sikkim Tourism-registered agents and vehicles. We apply with the documents and photos you send us and tell you the rules for your nationality. Foreigners cannot visit Nathu La, Gurudongmar or Zuluk. Check current status before you travel.
Indian nationals need a valid passport or voter ID card for the entry permit and pay a Sustainable Development Fee of ₹1,200 per person per night. Our Bhutan prices include the fee and say so. Other nationalities pay USD 100 per night and need a visa arranged in advance. Check current status before you travel.
